Reliability
Consistent drying
Stable heatless adsorption maintains dependable moisture removal, supporting steady airflow quality across all PHL models.
Efficiency
Optimised airflow
Low-pressure-loss design preserves system performance, enhancing overall compressed‑air efficiency throughout the range.
Durability
Robust Design
Long‑lasting build and quality desiccant ensure reliable operation in demanding environments, reducing maintenance needs over time.
Heatless adsorption process
The PHL range uses a heatless desiccant adsorption process to ensure reliable moisture removal at all capacity levels. By alternating tower operation, the saturated desiccant is regenerated using a controlled purge of dry air, maintaining continuous performance. This simple and robust system stabilises dew point levels and limits the number of components requiring special maintenance.
