The filter range features a Venturi Wave element structure designed to enhance contaminant capture while maintaining low differential pressure. Multi‑grade filtration structure The NGF range offers five filtration grades tailored to specific air purity requirements: S for general particulate removal, P/PD for particulate and coalescing stages, H for fine oil aerosol removal, U for ultra‑high‑efficiency oil removal, and C for vapor and odor reduction. Each grade delivers precise, ISO‑validated performance.

 

Low pressure‑loss performanceThe Venturi‑Wave element design minimizes pressure build‑up and ensures stable airflow across the full capacity range from 1.98 to 45.3 Nm³/min. Certified contaminant removal performance (ISO 12500) - All filtration grades comply with ISO 12500‑1/‑2/‑3 requirements for the removal of particles, oil aerosols, and oil vapors. Fine filtration grades achieve retention efficiencies exceeding 99.999%, with ultra‑low residual oil content delivered by the U and C variants. Performance stability is verified under variable pressure and flow conditions.

 

Durable housings for industrial operating conditions NGF filter housings are designed to withstand compressed air pressures of up to 15.7 bar, depending on the model. The enclosure design prevents internal bypassing and ensures reliable operation even under fluctuating inlet conditions or high humidity loads.
